Mrs. Chris Conner
Middle School and High School Science Teacher

Mrs. Conner attended the University of Texas at Austin and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi.  For almost fifteen years, she worked as a biologist for the state of Texas (Texas Parks and Wildlife, Texas Department of Transportation, and the Texas General Land Office).  She is an advocate for environmental issues and has served as a member in a variety of non-profit organizations along the coast (i.e. Coastal Bend Bays Foundation, Center for Coastal Studies, Adopt-A-Wetland Program, Corpus Christi Bays and Estuaries Program).  She assisted in organizing local wildlife (coastal) expo’s and Earth Day-Bay Day.  She is currently a member of the Surfrider Foundation and is an active Girl Scout Leader.   She made the decision to become a teacher in 2007 and has been enjoying it ever since.
Mrs. Conner has been married to a wonderful man for over fifteen years and is blessed with two beautiful children.  Their family enjoys the beach, hiking, camping, and road trips.  They love the Lord and thank Him every day for the blessings that have been bestowed upon them.
