Mr. David Williams Mr. Williams holds a Bachelors of Science in Education from Cameron University in Oklahoma. He has taught grades 4 through 10 for eleven years following a 22 year military career in both the Navy and Army. He came to CASA in 2010. Mr. Williams and his wife, Deborah, enjoy family life with their eight grown children and twelve grandchildren while participating in many outdoor activities. Mr. Williams has served teachers nationwide as both a Troops to Teachers mentor and the regional director for Christian Educators Association International. He was awarded the U.S. Department of Education No Child Left Behind American Star of Teaching award in 2006 for the state of Oklahoma.
