
Mrs. Claudette Charo-Nichols
Music and Drama Specialist
Mrs. Nichols holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Mrs. Nichols taught for seven years in San Antonio public schools. She came to CASA in 2010, and has led the Mighty Ram Band to 1st Division Awarded Performances for local and state competitions. CASA currently holds 6th place for Instrumental Music Division in Texas for TAPPS. Each member of the Mighty Ram Band has earned medals for their solo competitions. In addition to her classroom duties, she also provides opportunities after school for our students to participate in band, choir, drama, and a recorder ensemble.
Mrs. Nichols enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Her husband owns a flooring company, and they have two sons and a daughter. Mrs. Nichols is a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church.
